 What needs to be done?

Hi there,

I am not myself a Coeliac sufferer but am looking to help with the cause in any way I can.

I was hoping that you could help me get my head around what the Coeliac population feel most strongly about in terms of the help they get.

Does legislation need to be altered to cater for the disease in such harsh economic times?

Does awareness need to be raised in regards to the impact that this disease has on peoples lives?

Other than diet what way does this disease impact upon your lives, and the lives of others around you?

Answers to these questions and any other info you have would be greatly recieved.

I hope you don't think me selfish and uncaring for using a format such as this to further my own gains, but I am applying to work for Coeliac UK to try and make a difference. I feel that an understanding of some of the general ideas of how the disease affects lives, and how this affect could be relieved through aid would help me grasp what needs doing?

Any response would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks a lot for your time.javascript:add("%20:D")
