Hi,

I need help deciding what desert I should have please. Something that I can have a gluten-free option, as don't expect everyone to have GF, but don't want something different from everyone else either!

Thanks x

I guess as its a breakfast you want something thats not too heavy, how about a pavlova, mousse, panacotte with a fruit compote or fresh fruit and creme fraiche, yoghurt or cream. If I think of anything more I'll let you know.
Well done for setting up this site hopefully it will spread the word, best wishes vizzio :)

Thanks Vizzo, glad you like the site, tell anyone you know who might be interested in it.

I say wedding breakfast, but I mean the wedding meal as a whole. Like the idea of pavlova, was also thinking of gluten-free creme brulee, although alot of people don't like it. Just don't want to feel like I'm compromising on my wedding day, but want everyone else to enjoy the food.

Tiffany ???

What about a posh Jelly?

Mark Hix served this one in Paris for the Great British Menu last year.

Oooh! good idea, think I might try this jelly anyway, thanks

I think I've found someone who can do a gf cake and resolved situation by having separate layer just for me - yum!

hi there, we had the same questions when we got married- we chose a venue where they were knowledgable about gf which put my mind at ease, we had 3 courses and they made sure i had a very similar choice to everyone else, best bit was pud, we found a fantsatic cake maker, and served our chocolate wedding cake with strawberries and cream and i had my own gluten free one so no cross contamination-it was fantastic!!! best of luck with the site and wedding!!!! :D
